Temperature sensors problem
Today we noticed a strange behaviour of the channels acquiring the temperature of both NI and WI benches, this behaviour seemed to be related to the NI laser temperature channel. A lot of noise is added to Em_TEBTCSNI and Em_TEBTCSWI as the signal on Em_TELTCSNI raises. Actually it could be more likely related to the turning on of the NI laser, which is already experiencing some strange effect with the long cables. For example, today the laser was lasing normally with the RF driver in the TCS room...
The left plot is the laser temperature and the right plot shows the temperature on the benches. We already informed R. De Rosa, who gave a look to the previous data (30.10.08) and found that this effect was already present. Tomorrow morning, Rosario should check the cabling of these channels.
