Test - measure of low temperature
Immersing the thermometer in a bath of liquid nitrogen I obtained the following results:
The picture above was taken at the instant t=3581 s.
The data acquired every 10s are represented in the pictures below:

All channels differentials (useful to see the common evolution of the temperature between channels):
Conclusions:

Conclusions:
- The thermometer has a temperature offset of about 10K.
- Fluctuations in temperature are due to background noise (For example, electronic noise, or noise due to the thermometer)
