Chiller and Laser

We have connected the chiller to the pipes. It works correctly. In this moment the temperature of the Chiller is set to 16.5 °C.
After we have connected the laser to the pipe (see figure)




and switched it on. The measured Maximum power at 16.5 °C is 15,33 W.

NB The laser is the new one, with the modified RF driver, in order to cancel the peak at 576 Hz that we observed with the 2 old lasers. we have still to check if the peak is present or not.

I checked the manual that came with the laser. It is written that the maximum power is around 21W. I think we should measure again the power putting the RF driver in the optics lab and use short cables.

We have verified that the Laser Maximum power with the short cable is around 20 W. We have positioned the power supply in the lab ("laser zone").
After the measured, we have positioned the power supply in the usually place, in the rack near the door.
